The outfits they wear were designed and made by Suzanne Boucher . The sun glasses belt and pants sported by Roland were items from "Good Times" , formally of Newbury Street as well . These street clothes were typical of the kind of clothes that were worn by outdoor skaters at that time. With the cost of Roland's custom made skates at $800, brings the  total price of his outfit well over a thousand dollars. Even though many of my customers were affluent indeed, I made every effort to provide the best quality  product I could to the masses. I spent an enormous amount of time maintaining, painting and restoring ice and roller skates of all types. The energy I used in providing a good product still carries with my art. So matter whether you're skating on skates I made or just enjoying a portrait or landscape, my aim is to give you the best product I can create
