Bands and musicians can load in any time after 10 am Sunday morning.

Dress code is casual

4pm-5pm..Youth performances and Presentations

5pm-6pm...Speeches, Remarks, Introductions

6pm-7pm...Solo musicians, small groups, solo acts                             

7pm-9pm...Tuxedo Junction, New Image and all other performers or bands.

                 * Food will be served between 5-7 only

                 * Cash bar starts at 4pm

Other elements of the show will include:

• Continuous slide and video show
• Silent auction items
• Art showing by Roland Cosby
• Organizational displays and networking

   *Note: The blocks of time may be adjusted, depending on the amount of participants. Also participants may appear on a "first come" basis.

*No person, individual, band, group, speaker, or any other entity involved  in this "Event", is compelled to appear, perform, or speak, except specifically contracted entities. All appearances will be made voluntarily and without compensation of any sort.
